T is for...

TATTOOS. I don't currently have any. However I plan to get one.. hopefully in the near future. I had picked out one of a penguin but now I am leading more towards a 4leaf clover. My friends have been laughing at me cuz I have yet to get it and I have been talking about it for a couple years now. Oh well soon enough I guess.

S is for...

SCHOOL... Last fall I really screwed up. I was on academic probation and then I did not get my grades back up high enough and was placed on academic suspension. So this semester I am going to the local community college and I am doing really well in all of my classes. I have 2 A's and 2 B's. Hopefully my grades will be high enough that SIUE will let me come back in the fall. I have heard that they make it difficult for people to get back in once they have been suspended, however I have been doing everything they 'say' they require for re-admittance.

R is for...

RUM! haha I love rum. Especially Captain Morgan. It is one thing that I can drink and not get sick the next day! Many good memories and funny stories of mine have had rum involved..

At one point my friend Bri and I had gone to see the Amityville Horror (the remake) in the theatre. After the movie we went back to Bri's apartment where I got this brilliant idea that I should be drinking lol So I popped open a bottle of rum and started drinking. I only had 2 or 3 drinks. However, I had the strangest freaking dream that night! At one point in the dream I was being eaten alive by a TURTLE. One of the slowest freakin animals in the world! Anywho just a sample of what happens when I drink rum!

Q is for.......

QUOTES... I thought I would post a few of my favorites!

"You can go to war at 18, drink at 21 and retire at 65, so how old do you have to be to know your love is real?"

"Do you ever wonder if we make the moments in our lives or if the moments in our lives make us?"

"At this moment there are six billion, five hundred and two million, eight hundred and sixty seven thousand, one hundred and twenty people in the world, give or take a few and sometimes all you need is one. For better or for worse."

now for some silly ones from some of my fave shows!
L-"You're special"
R-"Like stop eating the paste special?!"
R-"Focus Please"
L-"I am a camera"

O is for....

Oy with the poodles alreadY! This is just one of the many wacky things I have learned from watching Gilmore Girls over the years. They talk fast and always say something witty/quirky. It is one of my all-time favorite shows and my best friend bri and I regularly sound like we could be on the show! lol maybe its from watching it so much!

M is for...

MEN! why are they so freaking annoying and irritating? gah! I mean I know there is no real answer and that its just the way they are but for crying out loud! As I have said before I work at Lowes which is primarily dominated by MEN! Most of the time its fine and it can be fun but every now and then it gets sorta frustrating. Especially when they start telling me bout the "code 10" in aisle 4 (aka hot chick in aisle 4) and I'm just like I'm sorry did you forget who you were talking to? The other night was an interesting night but I'm amazed no one got punched in the throat lol I was one of two girls working in the entire store.. And the other girl was all the way on the other side of the building. Anywho enough of my ranting about men for today!

L is for....

LOWES. It just so happens to be my place of employment. I have been there almost 2 years and most of the time its a pretty good job and I like it. I work in Customer Service which I love. I've almost always got something I can be doing, most of the time more than one thing at a time. Its nice because one of the things I hate is just standing around doing nothing at work, it is so boring. At least if I am busy or have something to do it makes the time go by a lot quicker. While Cust. Serv. can be stressful and irritating at times it seems like a good fit for me. Most of the people I work with are great, since I started working there I have acquired some more pretty great friends.

K is for...

KYLE.... I was having trouble thinking of a topic for the letter K. Then while talking a girl from work I was reminded of something... One afternoon my friend April and I went to the local Applebees for after work drinks. While sitting at the bar we began to notice something. There were two bartenders, a guy and a girl. At lease once or twice per minute the girl would say "Hey Kyle...". This was making us laugh because not only were they the only two workers in the bar and were standing right next to each other she said it EVERYTIME she had something to say to him. This was driving me and April quite crazy. It was so obvious by the way she acted towards him and the nervous "Hey Kyle" that she was into him. After awhile and a couple drinks we started in with the "Hey Kyle". All in all it was an entertaining afternoon..

J is for...

J...

is for jealousy. One thing that I can't stand about my personality is that I can be a bit of a jealous person sometimes. I am not sure why I am this way because in all honesty I can't stand it. I hate the way it makes me feel and I definitely hate the things it makes me say and do. I'm working on it though and its getting a lot better.

H is for....

H...

is for Hate.... That sounds not so great I know but I was having a hard time trying to figure out what to put. So lets talk about some things that I hate...
1) I hate when people act hypocritical or they are not trustworthy.
2) I hate the annoying high pitched noise when someone touches the Pneumatic Drills at work.
3) I hate when people tell you their whole life story when you ask a simple question.
4) I hate when someone comes to my line to check out and is on their phone and I have to ask them a question and then they get pissed at ME!
5) I hate liars.
cant think of anything else at the current moment.. this may get updated later today.

G....

is for Gilmore Girls. It is one of my all-time favorite television shows! I can't help it I just absolutely love it! Its kinda funny be because me and my best friend Bri often sound like we belong on the show... being that we both talk fast and some of the things we say occasionally. Even though the show ended last year I still watch the re-runs on television and I own all seven seasons on dvd. I am a dork I know haha!

F is for....

F
is for FAMILY. My family is a very important part of my life. They are all a little crazy but I love them so much! My dads family lives down in Mississippi, so we usually only see them once a year. My dad's side of the family is fairly small, my dad is the only one left of his brothers and parents. There are 6 grandkids and 3 great-grandkids. Moms family all just lives within about 30-45 minutes from us. Her family is a LOT larger than dad's. There are 11 grandkids and 8 great-grandkids. My two brothers also live pretty far away. The oldest lives in Delaware and we last saw them when they came here to visit last year. My other brother lives in Florida and I haven't seen him in 3 years!

C is for.....

C....

is for c**t..... while I agree this is quite a naughty word and I do not typically use it I recently heard someone say something funny about it. One of the guys I work with was complaining bout someone and he was like "shes a C u next tuesday!" Which made me laugh hysterically. I refrain from using this word but if I am extremely pissed it may slip out.

My oldest brother's name is James Owen, he is going to be 42 years old this year. My other brother's name is James Robert, he just turned 31 years old a few weeks ago. My oldest brother lived with his mother while growing up and by the time I was born he was out living on his own.

A is for....

A..

is for Amersfoort in the Netherlands. Which is where I was born. My dad was in the Air Force and that is where he was stationed when I was born. We lived there for about 8 months after I was born before my dad got moved back here to Illinois. While overseas my parents also took me to Germany, Belgium and Francem, so technically the U.S. was my fifth country I had been to. When I was just 22 days old I had gone to the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Dear Guy Without a Clue,

So for about 5 months or so we were "seeing" each other and hanging out. I was having a great time and you appeared to be as well. However the two of us were in different places and it became obvious that it wasn't working out. I was ready for a relationship and you had just gotten out of a serious one and were looking for fun. Well let me just say that I had fun during those 5 months. I enjoyed spending time with you. And if I had a second opportunity I wouldn't change a thing, because it was a sort of learning experience for me. I learned some things about myself and dating that I hadn't previously know/experienced. . Your need for just having fun is fine and theres nothing wrong with it. However, you were unable to come right out and say it. I am just chalking it up to a learning experience. So I just wanna say Thank You.

Sincerely,
Sarah

Dear Manipulative Ass,

I let you manipulate me for quite almost 2 YEARS! I don't know why I did.. You had me completely fooled when I first met you, you were sweet and nice and funny. And when you acted like an ass, I figured hey its just a fluke thing. It seemed too good to be true... which I later discovered it in fact was. Maybe because you are so convincing and MANIPULATIVE.... I believed everything you told me the "truths" and the excuses and the but I'm sorrys. I had problems with friends because they tried to tell me you were wrong for me and that you werent a good guy. And I didn't talk to them as often because of it. A few months ago you came to me and apologized for past behaviors and lying. Recently I believed you when you said "can we still be friends", and told me how important my friendship is to you. You had me tricked for a few weeks with that one. But then your true colors showed through and I realized that you are the same person you have been for the last two years. So now I am saying NO MORE. You will not manipulate me any longer. You are not the person I thought you were. So goodbye my dear manipulative ass. Please find someone new.

Sincerely,
Sarah

Dear Ass-hat,

While I enjoy recieving appreciative looks from members of the opposite sex, I find it slightly awkward to have you standing practically on top of me looking down my shirt....FREQUENTLY. I mean I understand that you are taller than I so you must look down a little when speaking to me. But face is up here buddy! lol Also I feel that there is a time and place for a guy to be that close to me however, your place of choice is not quite it. This is occuring on a regular basis, and don't feel like you are a freak, its not just you, there are numerous Ass-hats that this letter is written for. But next time I may just have to start singing when I see you standing right behind me.......

*Dont Stand, Don't stand so, Don't stand so close to me*

Sincerely,
Sarah
